Update on Status of New Market Lofts Cell Phone Antenna Application
The Rules Committee hearing affecting New Market Lofts cell antenna was postponed this week to give Nancy Nadel's office more time to add more to the moratorium proposal that will expedite new standards. The item will now be on the agenda for the May 25th meeting at 10:30am in the third floor council chambers, City Hall. The New Market Lofts cell phone antenna application will remain on hold and be inclusive of the moratorium if it passes next week. The petition against the cell phone antenna is still at Jack London Mail, if you are interested in signing.
