NOTICE: Possible Blocking of 3rd Street (b/w Alice & Harrison) Friday, Dec 8
I have just received a notice from the City of Oakland's Film Office:

Dear Resident/Business:

We are planning to film in your neighborhood: 291 3rd St., Oakland, between Harrison and Alice Streets.

We have applied for the necessary City of Oakland Film Permit and other related permits for filming, maintain all legally required liability insurance, and have coordinated our parking plans with the Oakland Police Department.

Our company will make every effort not to disturb you and will abide by all City filming rules. Thank you for your hospitality and cooperation while we are filming in your neighborhood.

Times: 3pm-10pm

Activity:

We will be filming a portion of a Toyota Commercial at 291 3rd St between Harrison and Alice Sts. We will be in the neighborhood from 3pm-10pm. We have secured additional parking at the corner of Oak Street and Embarcadero. Should you have problems parking, let us know and we will make arrangements for you to park in that lot.

Our commercial will be centered around 291 3rd Street but will be using the street to have our car move in and out of the scenes. Traffic will be held intermittently with the help of Oakland Police.
